By accessing or using Djuix.io (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Djuix.io is a platform that facilitates the creation, customization, and deployment of Django projects. The Service includes various features to assist in project management, including AI-powered project creation, cloud deployment, and code previews. Additional features may be added or modified over time.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Account Creation
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. Accounts can be registered via GitHub or email.
3.2. Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content and Ownership
4.1. Ownership
You retain full ownership of any Django projects, content, or code that you create, submit, or upload on the platform.
4.2. No License
Djuix.io does not claim any rights to your project content. All rights and intellectual property related to user-created Django projects remain exclusively with the user. Djuix.io only accesses user content to the extent necessary to provide the Service (e.g., for deployment or code previews).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
- Post or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or interfere with the Service's proper functioning.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, its features, and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Djuix.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without explicit written permission.
7. Subscription Plans
7.1. Free Plan
Access to certain features of the Service is available without charge. Usage limits apply as specified on our Pricing page.
7.2. Paid Plans
Access to advanced features requires a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and usage limits for paid plans are available on our Pricing page.
7.3. Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to pay would result in the termination of the subscription and reverted back to the free plan.
8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or via the account settings.
8.2. By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or any other reason at our sole discretion. We will attempt to provide notice of such termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Djuix.io and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Terms on the website or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international business law applicable to SaaS platforms, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. Arbitration will occur remotely, unless both parties agree otherwise.
